One Account Per Player

Account Security Responsibility

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Withdrawal Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary policies, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
The kg899 platform is operated exclusively for adults. Accessing the platform constitutes a declaration that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.
18+ only. It is a violation of these Terms for any individual under the age of 18 years to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the kg899 platform. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and all deposits and winnings forfeited without recourse.
To be eligible to hold a kg899 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

- You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had a kg899 account closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You have not been placed under a self-exclusion order through kg899's Responsible Gaming tools that remains active at the time of registration.
kg899 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point where internal monitoring identifies grounds for verification. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. kg899 may suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed.
Geographic restrictions: kg899 does not accept registrations from players resident in jurisdictions where online gambling is categorically prohibited under local law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. kg899 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all locations.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold one account only. Providing accurate registration information is a binding obligation, not a recommendation.
Registration Requirements
To create a kg899 account, players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, a valid mobile telephone number capable of receiving SMS verification, a chosen username, and a secure password. kg899 may additionally request an email address, date of birth, and full legal name at the time of registration or during a subsequent verification process.
Players warrant that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match official identity documents, or a telephone number belonging to another individual, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one kg899 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where kg899's systems identify multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances held across those accounts forfeited in their entirety. kg899 will not restore forfeited balances arising from a confirmed multiple-account breach.
Account Security
Players are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their kg899 account credentials. This includes usernames, passwords, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted by kg899 to the player's registered mobile number. Players must not share login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Players should use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.
- Players should enable two-factor authentication where available within the kg899 account security settings.
- Players should log out of their kg899 account when using a shared or public device.
- Players must notify kg899 customer support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
kg899 will never contact a player by phone, SMS, or email to request their password or OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from kg899 requesting login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
kg899 supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. All transactions are subject to the conditions described in this section.
Accepted Payment Methods
kg899 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and USDT (TRC-20 cryptocurrency network). Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at kg899's discretion. The current list of supported methods is always visible within the Cashier section of the platform.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
- Deposits are credited to the player's kg899 balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.
- kg899 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. The player's mobile money operator may apply its own transfer charges — kg899 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
- kg899 reserves the right to apply a maximum deposit limit per transaction, per day, or per calendar month at its discretion, and to implement additional deposit controls as part of its responsible gaming infrastructure.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours.
- Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
- Withdrawals are not processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with the player's current balance have been satisfied.
- kg899 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
- kg899 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile network operator, or bank processing infrastructure.
USDT TRC-20 withdrawals follow the same minimum threshold of equivalent ৳500 at the time of processing and are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, which are outside kg899's control. kg899 does not absorb network (gas) fees on USDT transactions.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
Bonuses are offered at kg899's discretion and are subject to specific wagering requirements. Abuse of promotional offers will result in forfeiture.
kg899 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with this general Bonus Policy, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's dedicated terms.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
- kg899 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits during an active bonus period. Wagers exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may void the bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
- kg899 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional structure — will have their bonus balances voided, any winnings derived from the abusive activity forfeited, and their account permanently closed. kg899 makes the determination of what constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion, subject to the player's right to dispute the finding through the formal complaints process described in the FAQ.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games on kg899 are provided by certified studios. The rules and outcomes of each game are governed by the relevant game provider's certified logic.
The kg899 platform hosts games and sports betting markets supplied by third-party certified game studios and data providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. The rules of each individual game — including paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, bonus trigger conditions, and jackpot mechanics — are determined by the game studio and are accessible within the game's help or information panel.
Game Integrity
All games utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited by a recognised international testing laboratory. kg899 does not alter, override, or interfere with the game logic or RNG outputs provided by its partner studios. Betting on Cricket and Sports Markets
- All sports bets are final once confirmed. kg899 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and confirmed.
- In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event type, as displayed within the kg899 Cricket and sports betting sections.
- kg899 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a decimal or data feed error that produced clearly incorrect odds). Players will be refunded the stake for any such voided bet.
- Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betslip at the time of wager placement.
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a game session, kg899 will use recorded session data to determine the outcome of any in-progress round at the time of the failure. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from session records, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake returned. kg899 is not liable for any winnings that would theoretically have been achieved had a technical failure not occurred during a session.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg899 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — kg899 reserves the right to take action against any conduct that it determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the platform's integrity, other players, or the operation of fair play.
- Creating or operating more than one kg899 account, whether under the same or different personal information.
- Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform on behalf of a player.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed software exploit are void and will be deducted from the player's balance.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other multi-player game environment to gain a collective advantage at the expense of other participants.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that exploits privileged knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.
- Laundering funds through the kg899 platform by depositing funds without genuine gaming intent and requesting withdrawal of those funds through a different payment channel.
- Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to kg899.
- Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account during an active self-exclusion period.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing kg899 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity — including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft — kg899 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation. Account balances associated with suspected criminal activity may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
kg899 may suspend or close accounts where these Terms have been breached. Players also retain the right to close their accounts voluntarily at any time.
Voluntary Closure
Any player who wishes to close their kg899 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat on the platform or by emailing [email protected] (address must be typed manually — not a clickable link). Players requesting voluntary closure must have no pending withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering cycles at the time of the request, or must agree to forfeit the active bonus balance as a condition of immediate closure. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's designated payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.
Suspension and Forced Closure by kg899
kg899 reserves the right to suspend a player's account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
- Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider in relation to a kg899 transaction.
- Where kg899 is required to act by a legal or regulatory authority.
Upon suspension, access to gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals is immediately frozen pending investigation. If the investigation results in a finding of breach, the account will be permanently closed and the player notified of the outcome and any balance disposition decision. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and any frozen balance restored.
Responsible Gaming Closure

Limitation of Liability
kg899's liability to players is limited in the circumstances described in this section. Players should review this section carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg899 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the kg899 platform or any of its services.
kg899 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside kg899's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, and natural events) may result in temporary platform unavailability. kg899 will endeavour to communicate scheduled downtime in advance where operationally possible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Game Outcome Disclaimer
All games on the kg899 platform are games of chance. Participation does not guarantee any particular outcome. Past results from any game or betting market are not indicative of future results. The player accepts all financial risk associated with gambling activity on the platform. kg899 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players in the ordinary course of platform use.
Third-Party Services
kg899 integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and data providers. kg899 is not liable for service failures, errors, or losses attributable to these third parties. Where a third-party failure results in a verifiable loss to a player's account, kg899 will investigate the matter in good faith and pursue resolution with the relevant provider, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds held or processed by third parties.
Nothing in this limitation of liability clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in Bangladesh. kg899's liability in such cases is limited to the minimum extent required by that law.
Amendments & Governing Law
kg899 may update these Terms periodically. The version published on this page is the current operative version of the agreement.
Amendments to These Terms
kg899 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kg899 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where operationally practical, notify registered players via an in-platform notification or email to their registered address. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the kg899 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those amended Terms. If a player does not accept the amended Terms, their only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close their account in accordance with Section 8 of this agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law. kg899 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and does not make specific claims regarding licensing from any named Bangladesh regulatory authority. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
Dispute Resolution
In the first instance, any dispute between a player and kg899 should be raised with kg899 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). kg899 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 24 hours and to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information from the player. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, kg899 will advise the player of any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available at that time.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the kg899 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy as referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between kg899 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral or written representations, agreements, or understandings between the parties relating to the use of the kg899 platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
